Rankings are coming soon. No leaderboard, no winners, no scores yet — but they are on the way. Rankings open once a blind tasting panel exists, with published criteria and weights. Until then, here is how the badge ladder and the trophy categories will work.

The badge ladder

Badges belong to a sauce, never to a brand. A badge is never for sale. Each badge is bound to a season and a year, and carries a live verification link. A badge can be revoked, and any revocation is logged publicly.

1. Listed — fact only, no badge art.
2. Submitted — “I submitted my sauce to CapsaMark”, with round and year. Explicitly not an endorsement.
3. Panel Evaluated
4. Merit Distinction — category and season mandatory.
5. Annual Honour

• Fantasma Flame — Hottest with Flavor
• Luna Honey Drop — Best Sweet Heat
• Roja Ember Bowl — Best Smoked
• Fergus Oak Barrel — Best Fermented
• Vera Green Sprout — Best Fresh
• Baron Pickle Jar — Best Vinegar Based
• Scovie Brass Scale — Most Honest Heat
• Pip Blank Star — Best New Maker
