Note from the registry: AMBER: identity + hot-sauce line proved by two independent sources (DoorDash storefront, Amazon listing, Piggly Wiggly Birmingham article); own domain not read live. Namesake Eric Wenzel, former Yale lacrosse goalie/fullback; sauce began as the signature sauce of a New Haven pizzeria sandwich (Alpha Delta Pizza); family business; a portion of proceeds supports the Bulldogs Care Foundation. Brand origin is New Haven, Connecticut; current storefront address is Garden City, NY. A live own-domain read could upgrade this to Green. County not recorded.
